The astral realm…..

Learn what the astral realm is and then travel within it.

What is the Astral Realm?

It has many names. The subtle plane, the imaginal realm, the dream realm, the emotional plane, and even the 4th dimension.

The Astral Realm isn’t made of 3D physical matter. Rather it is shaped by consciousness, emotions, intentions, and symbolism. Communication is described as telepathic rather than verbal. Time and distance may feel irrelevant.

Some traditions describe it as levels.

The first level known as the lower astral, is closest to earth. The space resembles our realm with houses and landscapes. It is a strong emotional atmosphere. It can be influenced by personal memories, fears, or expectations.

The middle astral is where we may meet our guides or symbolic teachers. There is a greater sense of clarity here. Intentions are of importance here.

You can arrange a meeting with your higher self in a beautiful landscape or temple.

The higher astral is portrayed as a realm of profound peace and love. You may notice brilliant lights, sacred geometry, music, and feelings of unity, compassion, and wisdom.

Beyond the astral is planes. The MENTAL PLANE is associated with ideas, insights and archetypes.

The CAUSAL PLANE is linked with life lessons, soul patterns, and long term growth.

The DIVINE REALMS represent profound unity with the Divine, Source; the ultimate reality.

Here is a short description on how you can start connecting with the Astral Realm.

1.- Choose a quiet location where you won’t be interrupted. A chair, your bed, or a meditation pillow. Feel the support of the structure around you. You can even imagine roots growing into the area around you. Connect with your body for a few minutes. Inhaling and exhaling. Do a scan from the tips of your toes to the top of your head. Continue this until your nervous system and body are still.

2.- Enter the threshold state. Notice lights behind the eyes, dreamlike images, or any gentle vibrations. Imagine your energetic body outside of your physical body. Choose an intention before travel. Visit your akashic records, visit your childhood friend, or connect with your guides or higher mind. Choose a garden, a meadow, or a library of wisdom. Never linger in anyone’s energetic field without permission.

3.- Return gently. Practice returning on command. “I now return fully to my body.” Wiggle your toes, and bring gentle movement to your body. Stretch, drink water, and place your hands on your body.

4.- Integrate what you received. Journal immediately. What did you see? What did you feel? Did any symbols appear? Did you receive any insights? Did emotions move freely?

It is important to enter the Astral Field with good intentions and in a positive and open minded state.

We can do guided sessions together while you gain confidence and experience.

sometimes the most meaningful meditation is the one that leaves us feeling a little more present than when we began.
